A New Chapter Begins as the Patients’ Aid transformed the Orthopedic Workshop at JPMC into a fully equipped, patient-centered facility. Every year, thousands of people in Karachi lose their limbs due to tragic road accidents, unmanaged diabetes, severe infections, and untreated injuries. For many of them, this loss means a life of helplessness, unemployment, and emotional suffering. At Patients’ Aid Foundation, we believe disability should not mean the end of independence. With state-of-the-art tools and a compassionate team, we now provide high-quality artificial limbs—absolutely free—for those who cannot afford them.
